PLACING THE ORDER
At the time of actually ordering a custom guitar or bass, I need 2 things from you.
I require a 50% deposit to start working on your project.
I need a full description of the work to be done. You can use the link below to send me a specifications sheet, or depending on the project, you can just communicate to me the details you require. Bottom line is that I need a clear understanding of the job to be done.

VERIFYING THE ORDER
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS ON THE CUSTOMER END!!!
After you have submitted your specs, I will post it on my schedule with a page that includes all of the specs you have requested. If anything is missing or incorrect, it is your responsibility to let me know immediately!

DONT MAKE CHANGES!
The more changes you make, the more likely there will be an error in the build. I am not saying that I won't accept a couple of changes but for those customers who call me every other day to make changes, this is unacceptable.
Any changes that are made after I have already done work or ordered materials will be at the customers expense.

COMPLETION
When the build is complete, I expect final payment within 30 days and I will send tracking info when the order is shipped.
Don't forget to send photos of you rocking out with your new guitar, I love that!
